3.1. Mentees are strictly prohibited from using recreational drugs during the duration of their participation in the Mentorship program.

3.2. Any Mentee found in violation of this policy may be subject to immediate termination from the program, at the Mentor's discretion.

**4. Confidentiality**

4.1. All material, content, and information shared with the Mentee during the Mentorship program remain the exclusive property of David Goddard.

4.2. The Mentee agrees not to disclose, share, distribute, or reproduce any confidential material, content, or information provided by the Mentor to any third party without the Mentor's explicit written consent.

4.3. The Mentee understands that violating this confidentiality clause may result in legal action taken by David Goddard.

5.1. The Mentor reserves the right to terminate the Mentorship program at any time if the Mentee fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive to the program or other participants.

6.1. The Mentorship program is offered on an "as-is" basis, and the Mentor makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results for the Mentee.
